Day 12: OSA presents Spoken Word

On National Poetry Day, this must have been one of the most popular events.


About 100 people enjoyed the skills and charisma of:

Virginia Love (spoken word), Andrea (spoken work), Alea Balzer “Lucifer over Storytelling London” (storytelling), Errol McGlashan (spoken word), Malcolm Bacchus (local history), Yssabelle & Dan (acoustic music)

Then Goodstocks, Yex Oil (。-_-。 )人( 。-_-。) and Marvin Bats with electronica/experimental/acoustic/spoken text finishing with Infinite Livez (electronica/trip-hop/hip-hop/live mixing.

Day 11: Urban Projections

As traffic roared past on Lewisham Way it was echoed in one of the three projections onto Goldsmiths Library building and the New X-ING Relay screen accompanied by bus journey sound effects and live conversations.

Elsewhere the zen like movements of water, light and found objects on an old school overhead projector (Dominic Madden and Artmongers)  contrasted with the multicoloured and beautiful artworks created on a touch pad by Nicolai Kosin.
